Recently purchased a home and this company had the listing . The listing agent and owner of company were aware of a suicide that was committed in this Home previous to my purchase and never disclosed this information. When contacting both the agent will not respond and the owner says they did everything legally and morally within the law ? With the decomposing of a body this could be a safety issue to my family because of the bacteria from the blood born pathogens.
Not applicable Just would like others to know the values of this company and that there are many more real estate companies in the small town of orange beach that will treat you legally and morally as a human being and not just as a pay check as this company does .
