I have nothing but good things to say about this companyMy husband and I were deciding between another company and Pacific pools and I am so glad we choose themVince, the salesman, was so helpfulHe helps you get the pool of your dreams and is so honest during the processAll the employees in the store are so helpfulIn the beginning we were having trouble with our water chemistry and trying to figure out how to use our equipment at the same time, the store workers told us exactly what to do and were so patient in the processAll the workers there are amazing, they do really high quality work and 10/would recommend to anyone!!

Pacific pools put in a water line for a future purchase and installation of a slideThere is nothing in the contract that speaks to what type of slide we needed to purchaseWe just purchased a slide and the company came out to install it today and stated that the line was put in the wrong placeNow we have to pay for a new water line as well as concrete repair for he existing onePacific was not helpful at all when we called to discuss!

We spent a few months researching inground pools and contacted them along with other business'sNo one got back to me except Pacific Pools and was glad they didThey have the best reviews and ratings and boy was my research a successThey not only were friendly but the service was too notch! From start to finish, the process was stress freeI can not praise this company enough for their work, honesty and loyalty

When issues arise that are significant in nature, Pacific Pools becomes very elusive I purchased my home yrs ago from an original ownerPacific Pools was and still is, the only pool company to service this pool When researching pool companies, Pacific advised us that "If Pacific Pools is the only company to service your pool, your lines are covered"We continued to use Pacific
Over years ago, when the pool was opened it was noticeable that there was a problem Pacific was out at my place many times and was helpful in diagnosing the problemThe Gentleman who was out here also stated " that our lines are covered since Pacific has been our only service company" The pProblem was found and there are three broken lines
Since the problem was found, (two years ago), the Pacific has not returned any calls to schedule a repairOver the course of two plus years, I have left several messages requesting to repair my lines and poolTo date, Pacific has not scheduled a visit to plan for remediation We have continued to call and be very polite in understanding they are busy
This season (2018) we placed our service call in March in hopes that they would help us out before the season was in full swingI received a call in April stating that they have received my requested and will schedule in April/May when the team returns for the season It is four months later and nothing has been scheduled Pacific has yet to return any follow up requests It is very apparent that Pacific plans to fully ignore my requests to fix my pool in hope that I will stop pursuing this matter
The Opening/Closing team has been able to provide a work around that allows me to use my pool, which I am thankful for However, I do need my pool fixed I have been very patient with Pacific in requesting Pacific to come out and provide me with an estimate to fix
I would like people to know that Pacific is good to work with, until something significant breaks It is apparent that they will ignore all requests in hopes that you stop bothering them
Be prepared to lawyer up early in the process My mistake was being nice and patient in hopes to maintain a positive relationship I am now forced to take legal action and hope to bring awareness so other customers are aware

I have had the best experience dealing with Pacific PoolsThey were very easy to deal with and very accommodatingThis is by far the best business I have had the pleasure of doing business withDan always returned my phone calls and was awesome to deal withI think he put the "cool" in Pacific PoolsEveryone at Pacific was helpful and I really can't say enough great things about this placeI highly recommend Pacific Pools for your next pool

My experience with this company has been bitter sweet It was really great when they were trying to get my business The salesman was very patient, and informative Moreover, the workers were very receptive and neat Customer service, however, leaves a lot to be desired
Per costumer service's behavior, the customers are always wrong until they prove themselves right (which usually leaves one drained and mistrusted) I had a contract with a gentleman (recommended by the same salesman) to build fire pit in my backyard That gentleman sub-contracted Pacific Pools and Spas to add a gas line The company billed me for that after I had already paid the gentleman When I called to explained that I should not be receiving a bill from them and that they should contact the gentleman who hired them for the job, I was told by a female voice flat out that that was "not our problem." As a consequence of that, when it was time to open my pool, I was denied the privilege of enjoying the pool I sweated blood to purchase, until the gentleman finally paid His bill, thus depriving us of two weeks of pool enjoymentNo subsequent apology
My other most recent event to support the above claim happened just today I called customer service because I realized that the thermometer that was attached to the ladder was missing after they reopened the pool I asked the male voice (not the one who usually answers) to please inquire as to what happened to it The first respond I got was that "our workers are trustworthy..."Never in my mind did I think of dishonesty or fowl play Again their goal is not to help figure out what may have happened (could that have been sucked out by the commercial vacuum used? Could the thermometer have come off and they forgot to put it back?....) nothing to
point to the possibility of their trying to solve the problem That other female's voice instantly resounded in my head "not our problem."
I will wait and see if anyone would call for a follow up As stated above, Pacific Pools' customer service acted, with me at least (a black female) as if customers are always wrong The workers do great job, but customer service does not represent them well
