My experience with this company has been quite dreadful I contracted a headstone from this company after my mom's passing in Dec, I was told it would take weeks and when it came in and was installed in February, my mom's last name was spelled incorrectly We (myself, my sister and the owner) discussed how our last name was to be spelled in length prior to it being paid for We immediately contacted the business and was told that it would be fixed It is now August, and it is still NOT FIXED! We have spoken to them multiple times only to be told they were fixing it, their machine that takes care of it was broken but getting repaired, that they can't fix it at the site and now has to be taken back to the shop for fixing I just want it fixed I don't understand what is the problemI won't recommend this business to other greiving families
