Over the last 4 years I have had Alabama Fresh Air come to my house to do several jobs. I live in a subdivision that when anyone has work done at their house the neighbors will call, or come over to find out what you had done, how good was it and what the number is so they can call them.
Before finding Alabama Fresh Air I ran through countless companies to do service work at my house, and the end result was the same. Too much money for shabby and poor quality work. They told me they will do and then they do nothing but excuses. I will testify to the quality of the work I have always received. The Scheduling of time for the work done could not be any easier when you call the office. They are always on time or early to arrive. I have referred them several times to friends, family & coworkers.
I had them clean the carpet 6 times.
Clean the ducts when I had the heat & air system replaced.
Clean & sealed the tile and grout floors 2 times. (They look brand new for months)!
They cleaned the dryer vent and showed me that the builder did not extend the vent through the roof correctly and it was a fire hazard. They repaired it on the spot.
I had them clean the sofa & loveseat, 3 recliners, and 6 dining room chairs 3 times.
2 times they have pressure washed the house, driveway, sidewalk, patio & 6 foot high privacy fence that goes around both sides and the back of the house.
If you need this work done do NOT waste your time, money and save yourself aggravation, call Alabama Fresh Air.
I have nothing but good things to say about Alabama Fresh Air and the service they provided at my home today, as well as the helpfulness of their office staff leading up to the appointment.
We bought an older home just over 3 years ago and had never had the ductwork cleaned. I could tell from looking into the HVAC registers that they appeared quite dirty, and we had mentioned having them cleaned. When a service tech from a completely different industry was in our crawl space and mentioned that we might want to have our ductwork cleaned, I contacted Alabama Fresh Air due to their Valpack coupon offer.
The secretary who scheduled my cleaning was extremely friendly and accommodating. She was also very kind in answering my question when I called a few days before my appointment to make sure that I wasn't dusting my furniture in vain (in case the duct cleaning was likely to stir up any new dust...she assured me it wasn't, and she was correct).
The crew was scheduled to arrive between 11 and 1:00. As I have a newborn and a toddler, I asked for a call to let me know when they were on their way. She called on the day of the appointment at 10:00 am and let me know they'd be there in 15 minutes...even better.
[redacted], one of the owners, and the other gentleman who came out (who I learned was the husband of the friendly secretary) were extremely professional and courteous. They worked quickly and cleanly, leaving nothing out of place or dirty. You could hardly tell they had been there.
We were advised of mold, as well as animal droppings in our ductwork. He showed me what he could, and I watched him take pictures (which he then showed me) of the areas I couldn't get to. He explained that the mold was largely due to the absence of insulation on the ductwork in our garage (which we knew was an issue). He recommended sanitizing the ductwork and the air handler fan to eliminate this problem, but also suggested we insulate the ducts to prevent future issues. Note: he noticed that my husband had many tools in the garage and suggested that he could probably do this himself. There was no pressure to hire his company to handle something we could easily do on our own.
The crew was able to do the sanitization while they were here. Several other services and products were offered, including a lifetime air filter, UV sanitizing system, and regular service calls. We were encouraged to take our time and consider these options, which we did. All were thoroughly explained to us, and when we declined we felt no ill will from the owner. I would not call his tactics "high pressure" at all.
When all was said and done, the crew was gone by 12:30, still well within the scheduled appointment time. I enjoyed talking with both the owner and crew member, who were extremely personable and courteous. They even expressed concern over trying not to disturb my sleeping baby with their equipment. I have already recommended their services to neighbors and will continue to do so.
they found issues that needed to be fixed which I saw and agreed that the work was needed. They were extremely polite and patient as they let me look down into the vents and see the damage that rodents had done to my ductwork. They quoted a reasonable price and did the work in one day. I could not be more pleased with the caliber of work provided.
I'm going to keep it real with you all. This locksmith company sucks!!!!! They have foreign people trying to over charge us for things that they broke. For instance.they broke one of the deadbolt locks and had to go to their so called "warehouse " twice.once because one of the locks were a certain kind of lock and twice because they broke the lock. They wanted to charge us and cheat us for a lock that they broke!!!!!!!!dont go with these people!!!!!!!!!! Spend yourmoney somewhere else!!!!!!!!!
