We hired this contractor to remove rooms of popcorn ceiling (we removed all the other popcorn from the house), then mud, sand and paint all ceilings in the houseHe requested $up front which we paidHe did not mud ceilings, therefore wasting a gallon bucket of paint ($that I paid for separately) by painting without preppingThe popcorn is still not completely removed in one roomWe stopped him mid job due to the awful job that was being done on the ceilingsWe are now looking for someone to come and correct what work was done, then finish the job we set out to doUpon entering my property this morning (we do not live there...I just own the house and had given him a key so he could work at will), there was an empty beer can in the kitchenVery unprofessional as well as terrible workHe stated he'd make it better, but seeing what work he did do, we didn't want him working on the project any longer and no longer trusted he knew how to do it correctlyPlus now I have to buy another gallons of paint at $to replace what he wasted
