Management of Alabama Hope Academy has refused to provide my son's school records for last year, impeding his ability to register for school this fall My son [redacted] was enrolled in Alabama Hope Academy for one year, the 2015/school yearFor this coming fall, he has been accepted into a very prestigious program at a brand new school The school was only approved by a judge a couple of weeks ago, so registering him for school has been a challenge When the previous school year ended, we contacted [redacted] , the owner of Hope Academy and explained the situation to her and gave her the contact information for an administrator at the new school so that she could send a withdrawal form and last report card Though miss [redacted] says she sent this information, the school never received it Now, she is refusing to release my son's records to me (as the board at the new school requested) nor will she even provide the board with a current mailing address so that they may request

I have been trying for weeks to get my sons diploma and recordsI am getting no response from Alabama hope Academy or [redacted] Since the date I paid my enrollment fee I have not been able to get in touch with or get a response from Alabama Hope Academy I can forward all of my emailsThere is no phone to call and no real address My son are [redacted] 12th grade and [redacted] Cox 1st gradeThank you

This business issued my son's transcript with an incorrect social security number College will not accept transcript On 12/27/we learned the SSN on the transcript issued by AHA and [redacted] was incorrect I contacted this company via email on the same date Message was answered via auto-reply saying she would get in touch NO reply to resolve this issue was received On 12/28/I sent evidence via email of the error on the transcript asking her to contact me via email NO AUTO-REPLY or any reply whatsoever from this companyAfter missing the new semester enrollment due to an incorrect SSN on the transcript I sent a message on facebook to [redacted] fka [redacted] Again no replyI followed up with a call No reply n return phone call Today I sent another email to AHA through her website, from my Outlook email and from my gmail account as well This cover school claims her transcripts are accepted without any problems by colleges and the military This i

Alabama hope Academy is a fake and a scam. There is no working phone number and the address they have returns your mail as undelivered. After you spend your money to pay them. They are done with you. You will get zero response to emails, which is the only way to get in touch either them.
