I noticed that my mortgage payment didn't post on December 1stWhen I logged into the online account it did not show any pending payments nor was an auto draft showing pendingI made a payment on the 3rd & ultimately was charged for my December payment twiceI called trying to resolve the issue prior to it posting to my accountI was told it had to post firstToday 12/I receive a letter telling me that I was being charged a return fee for this paymentIn my attempts to get that fee removed I was told that was not possible and was rudely chastised by theee customer service reps who refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor nor waive this feeThis is not customer centered practices and excessive fees by a predatory lender

In December my escrow account has dollarsI was suppose to have all of it refundedthen the company told me for the first time in years I had to have a month cushion since whenI never heard this before any money over 5o dollars has to be refundedand if they want a month cushion that would only be dollars the escrow payment is only dollars
