In response to the attached letter that we received: The $charges were removed for Mr[redacted]'s account. Mr[redacted] was advised that we credited the charges on January 17, 2013. We also notated the account once the charges were removed in order for GPC to see that he did not owe this balance and that it was billed to him in error. Mr[redacted] has a $balance due with APC.

I purchased a washer/dryer from Alabama with an extended warranty. The washer is broken and they are telling me it will be two weeks before a repairman can be out to fix it. The same part of the washer broke approximately 6 months ago. When Alabama Power sells you the extended warranty that do not inform you that it may be two weeks before repairs are made. If this is their busy season, they should be able to hire sufficient staff to cover the customers that have purchased warranties and not make them wait two weeks. Never again will I purchase an appliance from Alabama Power. If I had not purchased an extended warranty I could have called my own repairman and had it fixed relatively timely. May have cost more, but I would not have been without my washer for two weeks.

Bill matrix issues. Also supervisors could care less simply because alabama power has no competition. I would never use bill matrix again
