This is a letter to complain about *** ** ***, D.M.DI went to Mr*** to get my teeth cleaned and checkedI asked him if my insurance would cover the cost and he said "yes" it should
He has sent me a couple of bills and charged me $192.90, $was for finance chargesI had sent him back a copy of the insurance and what they paidHowever, he keeps sending me bills
