Alabama Towing and Repair of Plunkett Rd in Anniston, AL misdiagnosed and over-charged a repair on my Lexus GXSUV that was originally quoted as $with a one day turn around on May 3rdInstead, I was charged $for a repair that did not fix the problem and took a weekWhen I disputed the charges based on the fact that I was not informed of any costs beyond the $for the pump and the cost of the new battery, I was told I could not have my vehicle back unless I paid a significant amount upfront and financed the rest at an 18% rateI had no choice accept to pay because I had to return to work in Atlanta, where I am a registered nurse in labor and deliveryThe same day my vehicle was returned to me, it broke down again just as it had before the so-called repairsIt was at that time that a friend discovered the true cause of the problem
