Our motto is if the customer is not satisfied they can call anytime and request for a refund even after the service has been provided where our technician may have spent hours resolving the customers issue if the customer feels at any point that they are not satisfied they will be given a complete refund no questions asked.
Every company has their own perspective of resolving a customers issues based on what is communicated to them.
I have issued a complete refund to the customer as he is not satisfied with the service that he has received. Please allow 48 hours for the credit to appear back on the card. The customer can call his card and confirm that the refund has been issues.
