My Dad is and has bad knees: water exercise was the only thing that helped him [redacted] was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a phone number of the USDA a government agency that gives out grants and loans for tubsThis is the only way my Dad could afford it After checking the other companies we felt they were over priced, high pressure and not informative as *** Example: [redacted] told us air jets were the best, gentle on the skin and cleaner - no stagnant water in the pipesResearch proven true Installation was perfect, workers were knowledgeable, polite, left the bathroom spotless, made sure everything worked [redacted] was there intermittently both days checking progressA few days later my dad had a question [redacted] came right to the house and went over everything with including adjusting the water temperature and pressure Seven months after installation and Dad and I totally satisfied! My Dad is 84 and has bad knees: water exercise was the only thing that helped him.
[redacted] was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a phone number of the USDA a government agency that gives out grants and loans for tubs. This is the only way my Dad could afford it.
After checking the other companies we felt they were over priced, high pressure and not informative as [redacted].

I can't believe the difference having a walk-in tub. If I had known it would be so easy and affordable I would have done it a long time ago. It is so relaxing now to take a bath. I don't need Calgone to take me away, just turn the jets on and the tub does the rest.
I want to thank Alabama Walk-In Tubs for the outstanding service they gave me. Hats off to all of you.
