Mr. [redacted] faxed me over paperwork to be signed and faxed back to his office I compelted the paper work and faxed it back. I received a phone call for Mr. [redacted] stating that he was sorry but his financial instutue could not use me as a cosigner so my contract was non and void. I received a phone call from [redacted] at Aladdin Financial on 6 6 2013 to verify information I asked her why she then told me a was listed as a cosigner for Mr. [redacted] I advised her of the conversation that had transpired between [redacted] on 5 17 2013 and I was not aware that I was liseted as a cosigner Mr. [redacted] was suppose to shread my information. I called and spoke with [redacted] at the San Fransisco location he told me Mr. [redacted] was not in I told him what happen and I would like for them to correct the issue.Desired Settlement: I want my name removed as a consinger it not have been place on this account yes I did willing sign the paperwork but after I was told by [redacted] that I could not be used as a cosigner my information was still use without my knowledge that it was still being used.

Response:

Dear Ms. [redacted]:

On behalf of Two Jinn, Inc. dba Aladdin Bail Bonds ("Aladdin"), please allow the following to serve as Aladdin's response to the referenced complaint submitted by [redacted].

On or about May 17, 2013, Ms. [redacted] entered into a bail bond transaction with Aladdin in order to secure the pre-trial release of defendant [redacted]. In connection with this transaction, Ms. [redacted] submitted an application and executed a bail bond contract wherein she agreed to, among other things, act as a co-signor/indemnitor to the transaction. Aladdin informed Ms. [redacted] that it would require additional co-signors before executing the bond, and proceeded to secure such co-signors. At no point in time did Aladdin suggest that Ms. [redacted] did not qualify as a co-signor. Indeed, she was the most critical co-signor to the transaction. In reliance on Ms. [redacted]'s execution of the contract, Aladdin secured the additional co-signors, posted the bail bond, and secured Mr. [redacted]' release.

Aladdin agent [redacted] denies having any conversation with Ms. [redacted] wherein she expressed any unwillingness to proceed with the transaction. As part of its pattern and practice, Aladdin agents enter notes into a computer database reflecting all conversations with customers. Had this conversation occurred, there would ordinarily be a record of it in the system and there is no such record in this instance. Moreover, it would not make sense for an agent to tell a co-signor (particularly the strongest co-signor) that they could not qualify to participate in a transaction. Indeed, Aladdin agents are encouraged to obtain as many co-signors as necessary and I personally am unaware of any transaction where a willing co-signor was ever turned away. The allegations to the contrary simply do not make sense in light of this practice.

Please know that Aladdin remains willing to discuss this issue directly with Ms. [redacted] and work toward an amicable resolution. In the meantime, however, Aladdin expects Ms. [redacted] to fulfill her contractual obligations.

Very Truly Yours,

Two Jinn, Inc.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

In response to that all calls are noted either it’s a lie or

someone in that office is covering up of course [redacted] was not the one who called

me back it was [redacted] he made two calls on 5 17 2013 one at 8:47pm central time

asking me to fax over a check stub I was not in position to fax it at that time.

The second call was made to me by [redacted] on 5 17 2013 at

9:38 pm notifying me that I could not be used as a cosigner on the account where’s

his now? [redacted] know exactly what I am talking about and of course [redacted] and [redacted]

or both saying [redacted] is no longer with the company (WHY)

What Aladdin Bail Bonds did was used my information after I

was not a willing cosigner thinking I would be ok with it once [redacted] told me I

could not be a cosigner that contract was null and void and my information

should not have been used. This is a case of Identity fraud miss-use of my

information, I have two witness who will testify to that Mr. [redacted] mother and

step father were both present when [redacted] made the call informing me that I

could not be a cosigner.

He said nothing to

the fact of needing myself and other cosigners that’s a plain flat out lie and

[redacted] and [redacted] both know it’s a lie [redacted] apparently was not properly trained

in miss communicated and gave incorrect information which is not my problem.

I want my information removed from this account and I am

willing to do whatever it takes to do it because Aladdin Bail Bonds is just

flat out lying about what happened and I can prove it.

Regards,

Business
