Dear Revdex.com Representative:The customer entered into a contract with us on 5/4/13 and paid us $300.00 with her credit card on that same day. On 6/25/13 we notified her of the delinquent status of the account at which time she simply said she didn't care and wasn't going to pay anymore. We placed this...

account in outside collections on 9/19/14. On 7/27/16 she contacted the collection agency asking if they would settle the debt for $900.00, she then contacted them again on 8/3/16 and asked again about a settlement a couple months down the road as she wasn't able to pay it now. Based on these conversations it is obvious to us that this is in fact The Customer's obligation and we are simply holding her to this obligation.

Review: I had an awful experience with this company. Unfortunately, I got myself in a situation to where I needed to be bailed out of jail. It took a very long time but after almost a day, I was released. I was told I needed to go to the location where my bail was set to sign some papers. I did just that. I was also told after my court date I would need to submit my papers to the bail bonds company. Fine again. My relative who bailed me out agreed to payments of $150 per month. Perfect! I always made my payments on time which was on the 15th of every month. I wanted to change my due date to the end of the month. I had to reconfirm my end of the month request that was supposedly granted 3 times because the Financial Department never put it into effect, causing late payments. Thats not the worst part. A friend of mine had to bail out her relative. Apparently if you're a member of the union, you get a discount. WHO KNEW!? I was a Union member at the time of arrest, but was never informed regarding this discount let alone that I would only have 30 days to provide it. Mind you this is a year after I was bailed out that i'm finding this out. So after corresponding with the new branch manager at this location regarding this discount who might I add, ADMITTED that when he took over "the place was a mess", I provided him with proof of my union membership. He assured me that there might not be anything he can do because I was suppose to provide this information within 30 days. Again, its been over a year now and if I knew about the discount, surely I would have provided this information. No one mentioned it not once. After trying to re-contact the branch manager for over a month to check my status, I finally got a hold of him and he said I was denied by corporate and there was nothing he could do. So I spoke to Financial Services and asked for their help since apparently they are the corporate office. They informed me that the only person who would be able to approve the discount would be the branch manager. Im beyond frustrated at this point. I contact the branch manager once again and he says to me "I'm not sure why they are telling you that because I just received an email from corporate right now saying they are denying your request." So what do I do? I contact Financial Services again and speak with a supervisor who again told me the only person who can approve my request would be a branch manager. I informed her about what this manager said to me. She then proceeded to say that there are laws within the state of CA that prevent them from granting my request because of the time frame. She didn't elaborate on those laws either. I just wish they would give me the discount that I rightfully deserve. As a government employee, I can honestly say this is the worst experience in service I have ever had. There should be a spot in the paperwork for me to initial my membership or non membership of a Union; as you would do with an Army Vet. Something needs to be done about this.Desired Settlement: I would like my rightfully deserved Union Member discount applied to my current remainig balance.

Review: I have an account [redacted] that was billing monthly, my payroll has changed to bi weekly effective November 19, I left 5 voice mails to 1 800 543 0755 from November 15 to December 1 with no return call, I requested to have the dates changed to December 17 and 31 at $100.00 each. They charged me in error on December 1 and have left messages to credit the charge with no response.Desired Settlement: refund the $200.00 immediately and charge me $100.00 on december 17 and 31 as requested multiple times
