After the Waldo fire and appropriate due diligence I selected a "custom home builder" to build our new home. Unfortunately my builder did not hold his excavating company to needed high standards of back filling. Also, unfortunately, PP Regional Building doesn't have code for backfill. Their statement; "its the skillset of the equipment operators". And as everyone should know, in your contract there is a statement that there is "no gaurantee on concrete". You would be fortunate to find concrete failures before final close on your home. Unfortunately about a year later I had a cracked front patio and sinking steps as well as a settling back patio. I feel extremely fortunate to have found A1 Concrete Leveling. Eric kept his appointments, explained the process thoroughly, and provided a competitive estimate. His crew was here as scheduled. They too were very customer friendly and allowed me to watch and ask questions. I feel quite confident that A1 has stopped further settlement.
These guys did a great job! The estimate came quickly and the work was done in a timely and professional manner Plus - it worked! Our back steps to the patio were raised almost 2" - a much easier step up and down now! (And the slab now slants away from the house.) Five star work from AConcrete Leveling!

and based upon the quality of that job, later to lift a backyard patio slab. We will definitely use their services again in the future if other cement areas need leveling. He and his crew have the technical talent, as well as the customer service focus of communication, follow-through, and ownership. [redacted] advised us on the estimate what would make sense to level, and what would not lend itself to this type of process. He was up-front and honest. My husband and I have high standards for quality and want things to not only perform structurally, but to also look nice and not "patched".
