Review: Called Aladdin plumbing in afternoon to obtain second estimate on a job after first estimate in morning was too high. First plumber (name = [redacted]) sent by Aladdin arrived around 1:30pm on 10-30-2013 & gave a quote of $175 per section of pipe to switch out (hot + cold so total of $350) to which I agreed and left to go to home office to get supplies. When he came back and cut one section of the pipe water started flowing - my girlfriend shut off the water to the house immediately to prevent further water flow and damage to apartments below. [redacted] then took off remaining parts that needed replacing but then left again without saying anything. he came back with a friend - I nor my girlfriend have idea who this new guy was nor did we request for anyone else. they kept on going outside making phone calls so I called the main office and it turns out they were not calling the home office at all because the lady at Aladdin who answered was unaware of what [redacted] was doing, I then gave her the quoted price that was given to me which she also was unaware of. few minutes later [redacted] goes upstairs and asks my girlfriend if she called the office and she said no. now it is around 5pm and after 4 hours of no work done I call main office and request for another plumber to be sent, and then call my girlfriends phone to give to [redacted] and tell him to just leave because a replacement was requested - he said okay. Before he left, he attempted to put back together everything that he took off and my girlfriend saw that he was putting the wrong pipes (both have 'hot' & 'cold' written on them) together and since they are of different lenghts he started pulling on pipes that extend out of the wall to allow for the reconnection. When the second guy (john) arrived which was past 7pm he turned on the water and second floor now had water leaking on their floor which was cascading and flooding 1st floor. he said the pipe is broken in middle and new estimate is $1.2k.Desired Settlement: Desired outcome is (1) finish the original job and I am okay with the price that I was quoted for from this business and have no problems paying for this and (2) My second desired outcome is a repair to the damaged pipe. Due to additional damage I received a second quote which assumes me paying for the damages created by a plumber from this business which I dont think is right.

Review: I had a service technician show up to my house to repair my boiler, which was not functioning. The technician quoted me a price of $750. I thought the price was higher than necessary, but I did not know what services he was charging for at the time. He did not produce a receipt at the time, and it took 19 days before I had an itemized bill. when I received the bill, there were charges for services that were not performed. There was a charge for repairing the damper, which was working fine before the technician was called, and did not require a repair. In addition, there was a charge for bleeding the system, which the technician did not do, because he did not come out of the basement to service any of the radiators. I tried multiple time to discuss this with the company, but they refused to return my call. Finally, I sent a registered letter detailing my complaint, but still have not received any response.Desired Settlement: I would like the $450 charges returned as the services were not performed.

We went there and checked her heating system which was very old and outdated. Before we did any job, we quoted her a price to which she agreed upon and after the heating system was fixed the issue that she is mentioning about is very technical and is only possible to detect by a professional technician. Review: This company repaired our sewer line they damaged our gutters which was apparent before they finished the job. After many phone calls and emails they paid for the repair. This complaint is about a more serious situation that has now arisen.

They excavated a section of my property under the front porch. They failed to back fill properly and this has cause my front stairs to "sink" into the ground and actually separate from the house. The contract clearly states backfilling is to be done. They have ignored my efforts to contact them by phone or email and I am looking at a significant amount of money to fix this. They also damaged my siding on the house and failed to replace the electrical ground they ripped out and threw under the porch ! I am being told this will cost close to 5 thousand to fix. My home owners will not cover it because it was this company's poor work that caused this. I can't wait long to fix this situation as it may cause further damage to the structure of my home. I am classified 100% disabled Vietnam Vet and the stress of this situation is overwhelming. Please helpDesired Settlement: Give me what it is going to cost me to fix this situation !!!!!

Very rude on the phone. I looked elsewhere.
