Dear Sir/ Madam,
I received the complaint from the customer through your good office
I am taking this opportunity to inform you about the facts On February 27, this customer ordered the food (receipt attached for your perusal) Its all up to the customer consent, she agree to pay, she provided the card information and we processed the transaction As and when she got the delivery she call us and saying "Can you send your driver back to pick up the food, because it is beyond my budget." Principally she should call us to cancel the order right away before a big issue just only $ But the next day she call us and asked us for refund and she threatened if we not giving refund to her she will call the police Very humbly we request to her, mam can you come to the store and pick your money But she refused and said I need a refund on my cardYou know sir, once the transaction processed it is a long procedure to reverse the amount I called to merchant for refund to the customer, for this purpose we need the customer full name and credit card information We call her two time but she not answer the phone.
Long story short, I am sending the check to your office amounting to to hand over to the customer please.
Sorry for the inconvenience It is only because of her, if she come to the store and pick the money the problem can be solved right away

IMMEDIATELY REFUNDED $21.70. THIS FOOD AWAITS PICK-UP AS AGREED. IF YOU DO NOT HONOR THE AGREEMENT I WILL HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO SEEK OTHER RECOURSE. I DO NOT APPRECIATE YOUR MISHANDLING OF THIS MATTER AND WILL NOT PATRONIZE YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. On February 27, 2015 I placed and order via telephone, ###-###-####, with your restaurant. The young lady taking orders was not very knowledgeable about your menu items and, being my first time patronizing, I had many questions. At approximately 7:00 p.m. my food arrived. Opening the containers, the portion size was not commensurate to her explanation. Immediately calling, I got the same young lady on the other end of the telephone. I began explaining my dilemma and request a refund. Without warning I was suddenly speaking to an older woman. The older woman agreed to refund the charge and have the driver return within an hour to collect the untouched food. 8:42 p.m. a call came from Aladdin Sizzler, [redacted], Mt. Rainier, Md. [redacted]. Thinking it was the delivery person, "Hello! Are you outside?" The gentleman's voice replied, "No". It was the Manager of Aladdin Sizzler telling me the older lady had no authority to speak to me. I informed him that I was not the person to address his concern. I was the customer, awaiting the driver and the agreed upon refund. He loudly agreed and hung up angrily. His display of emotion was disrespectful. Still, 1 agreement had now been made with both the store operator and the proprietor. To date, March 8, 2015, the untouched food remains in my possession. I became aware that on March 2, 2015 my card was charged illegally. As it stands, I am out of my money and my family did not consume the product, which was insufficient as a result of poor customer service. Substantiating a return. My expectation for this agreement to be upheld is not unreasonable. I have spoken to the Store's Manager, Noah, on 3/3/15 at 11:01 a.m. After causing me further grief, Noah asked if calling the authorities was, "the best you can do?" At the conclusion of our conversation he agreed to refund me and went further to say, "I do not know how to refund your card" and hung up. I called the authorities. They spoke with him. I called after that conversation. Was again told I would be refunded and it would be applied to my card. There has been no refund applied according to my banking agent. The food remains unconsumed in my possession over one week later, awaiting the numerously indicated pick-up and refund.  
DESIRED SETTLEMENT / OUTCOME: 
I would like Aladdin Sizzler to execute their plan to pick-up this food and refund my card the exact amount, $21.70, charged by their establishment.
