I had a leak in my home and a tech came to my home, told me I needed to do an electronic leak detection to find out where leak wasI gave $deposit and he returned days later with another techWhen work was finished I paid $moreJust before the days (which is when their warranty expires) I called them back because there was still a leakThey did come in a timely manner but I was told that it was another leak which would be hard to detect and he suggested I have my pipes run through the attic for a cost of $4,I don't have homeowners insurance or any savingsI explained this and was told that the company may be able to help me to get it financedMy credit is not good so I was deniedI was not offered any other solution and the leak is just getting worse by the dayI am saving some money and have a little money I can use on my credit card and now I am stuck trying to figure out how I
Terrible Terrible company....be cautious, they installed an inferior A/C unit in our building...temperature will not go above degrees..then they tried to act like where where total mns...claiming A/C would not go below in the Summer because we live in Florida...In actuality they sold us a unit that was insufficient and inferior for the size of the building to be cooledThe office staff is far from friendly or accommodating...and absolutely unwilling to fix the problem...they act as if your bothering them., that is of course after they take your moneyThey where very friendly initially when we let them have the work...the crazy thing about the situation, is we are actually there next door neighbor...the building right next to them
Their customer service is unbelievably poorI've had one of their tech's out twice - and paid in full to have this work completedParts needed to be ordered, we did so - once they came in, it took close to a month to get the gentleman back out - parts ordered were wrong - mistakes happen, not the end of the worldParts ordered a second time - came in - same game getting someone to get back out and finish the workI don't even know how many times I've called both the office and left messages for the tech - have left texts for the tech as wellThis has been going on since MAY - we are now almost finished with the month of AUGUSTIndividual that answers their phones is of no help what so ever - same response of how busy they are, he'll follow up - and they NEVER DO

We purchased an AC unit for $in November from this company The proposal and quote state that the safety switch is included in a year parts and labor warranty
On October 27, we returned home to find our AC wasn't working We called and the technician responded He told us it was the safety switch that is required by Florida and not covered by our warranty We were charged our $ Later when we reviewed our paperwork we realized that the proposal and quote included the safety switch in the warranty We have asked them to return our money and they refused We had previously had them come because the safety switch was alarming The technician vacuumed the pipe and then charged us $ He didn't tell us before he did that we were going to be charged He said that wasn't under warranty because it's a maintenance itemAlthough we wish the technician would have told us we could vacuum it ourselves rather than charge us we felt that
