I want to apologize that your stay was unsatisfactory and did not meet your expectations. We do our best to ensure all our guests enjoy their stay and I am sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We hope you will give us another chance and we look forward to welcoming you back.

We will never stay here again!! We were quoted one price and charged a different price on arrival - $70 more per night and did not recieve a confirmation email. Apon arrival we found out our reservation was combined with someone elses information. They would not make adjustments for their error in the pricing or the email confirmation. Customer service was the worst I have experienced.

Rooms were very basic with old decor. No Pool towels provided.
