This company sent a survey about service and I responded with my complaintsI received No contact backI had to keep texting their phone number (as proof of my contact with them )and have been given the run around
When contacting company for REFUND I have been given the run around
They say an email will be sent I waited a full week and NOTHINGFinally an email was sent but it was a generic email with no acknowledgment of my complaints at allI have yet to receive a response

Business was unable to honor our agreement for a hour bounce house rental on 2/ Product was delivered hours late and we only were able to use the product for minutes We prepaid for rental in full Owner and staff have promised refund and have not yet processed payment Owner no longer returning phone calls or email

I initially booked a party with them for June 23, I paid a total of $ I contacted them well over what their policy says to cancel due to unfortunate circumstances The guy I spoke to, Pon, assured me that I would get my refund It is now, June 27th and I still have not received my refund or even a courtesy call I feel as if they are giving me the runarounds I have text messages to prove what I have said is true Please feel free to contact me via email or by phone should you need to speak to me further

Do you know how embarrassing that is to have dirty bouncers???? When the workers came to set up they failed to leave the cotton candy and shave ice supplies!!!!! That's $a piece!!!!!! They also told us to buy ice for the shave ice machineWe ended up wasting a big cooler of ice because we didn't get the syrups!!!! Not to mention they didn't even set the machines up I was months pregnant at the time, busy decorating and accommodating our guests who were arriving, I had no time to set the machines upI've trie
