This company installed a screened room with an insulated aluminum roof at our residence The first time it rained, the roof leaked We called the company and Alan came out a few times and caulked the seams and installed some flashing at the roof line The roof still leaked We contacted them again and they said the inspector for the city approved the final permit What a joke The inspector approves that the room was built but does not approve that it is okay if it leaks The company said they did all they can do DO NOT hire them I actually read a review on them that someone had the same problem That review indicated they NEVER came back to fix the problem Fooled me as they did the same to us I WOULD NOT recommend you hiring this company Shoddy work There are a few other problems as well (roof line is uneven for drainage in downspouts and one door is warped) but we can deal with that NOT A LEAKY ROOF that they will do nothing about
