There has been ABSOLUTELY NO VIOLATION OF SETTLEMENTThe complaint filed by me was on the 09/12/and I did inform a worker *** at Alameda Auto Import that I have filed a complaint on the morning of 9/before even signing the agreementI have a witness to support that I informed him and evidence (a pdf print out of my complaint that clearly states that I complained on the 9/12)I also offered through text messages to send this evidence to the owner ***He never got back to me about thatI sternly request the owner to stop making baseless accusations about me having violated the agreement
It is also possible that because I complained on 9/( a Friday) Revdex.com took a couple of days to process this complaint and/or Revdex.com takes a couple of days to process complaints & responses and it reached the owner on the following Monday 9/As far as I am concerned this matter can be closed and IN KEEPING WITH THE TERMS OF MY AGREEMENT this matter can be settled

There has been a poor communication problem with the Revdex.com websiteThe dates that the posted response are late, and both the business and consumer had miss communication issues because of thisWe have since realized the fault and apologized
*** *** was given a $settlement check so that she can have her desired resolution of buying a new vehicleThis was a fairly generous check for her Toyota Camry because it also reflects the other expenses she was going to have to face because of the lack of transportation
This agreement was made the following day after it happened, long before the Revdex.com got involvedAs stated before, the posting dates of these comments confused both of us
Again, Alameda Import Automotive, LLC apologizes for the misunderstanding with the late posting dates on the Revdex.com website, and the accident with the oil changeThis is why we immediately accepted fault and attended to this matter ASAP
