In regards to the Revdex.com Complaint ID: [redacted] , we have resolved the issue with the customer, please read the email below which was sent to her on September 11thOur team member politely spoke to [redacted] over the phone and was informative and transparent regarding our no show/cancellation policy [redacted] was very rude and used foul language to our team member however, we were very respectful and polite in explaining the policy Hello Ms [redacted] , I wanted to respond to your complaint with the Revdex.com and apologize for the inconvenience you had with our staff recently Although normally, our procedure is as it happened, we certainly realize that this was an unusual circumstance Please accept our sincere apology for not thinking this through enough However, on August 31st, we had discussed it and decided that we would, in fact, not charge for a no show We actually did NOT charge you the $100, and it is not on your account We will definitely use this as a lesson, and discuss alternatives with our staff Thank you so much for your input If you see fit, please contact the Revdex.com, to correct the situation fully Revdex.com reference number: [redacted] Thank you again, [redacted] Chief Operating Officer Alameda Pediatric Dentistry Locations in Alameda-Oakland-Pleasanton [redacted] ***
