In response to the complaint we had received ([redacted]):     We had two appointments set up to try and resolve the customer's complaint. We were at both appointments on time (one was even on a Saturday, a day in which we normally do not work). Both times No one was home for our...

scheduled appointments. We left cards each time we visited and never had any calls returned. According to the information provided to us by the customer on their original call the roof we installed in 2014 is not leaking. There appears to be concerns about a perceived low spot on the porch roof that is causing water in the basement. In our professional opinion (well over 30 year experience) this is just not feasible, then again it is hard to say since we have never been given access to the property to see the issue firsthand. We installed this roof in April of 2014 and the slope was never questioned until late 2015 when another roofer told her that the water in her basement is somehow related to the porch. We left another message with the customer 11/25/15 to try and resolve this complaint and explain our findings.
