the complaint was over the low appraisal as well as me getting the run around about things promised to me at the time of the sale as well as the vehicle warranty that I tried to use but always told the times I called to try calling next week

Alamo410 understands that Mr. [redacted] is upset because he didn’t get the deal he wanted. Alamo410 tried to follow up with Mr. [redacted] with negative results. We told him we were sorry for his experience and if he was unhappy with our appraisal he should take for a second opinion. He said carmax had given him more than we had and at that time he became belligerent over the phone. Alamo410 reserves the right to decline business if it doesn’t make since as does Mr. [redacted] if the deal is not to his liking. It is not our intention to be dishonest or misleading to anyone. Alamo410 complies and is in compliance with all federal and state laws.
