Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: When I came over there to talk about the codesOf course the response would be you didnt know about the codes.and for you to offer to check out the car should not be an added expense to the customerRemind you I only had the car for a couple of weeks at that timeSo no I would not expect to pay $50-$for you guys to look at it[redacted] was not the only place I took this car to in order toObtain error codes and to find out the problem..kens shop down the way from you is where I received the list of codes and Recently I took the car to Chrysler dodgeEnd result the car will need a newengineSo if the issue was minor iwould not be complaining about itYou may have a great business and satisfied customers but at this point my only concern is the vehicle I purchased from your car lotWhich is useless to meI work just like you do for money..im sure you dont have money to waste..well guess what neither do I Regards, [redacted]

Of coarse we didn't know about the lights or issues she was havingWe were also never contacted about this issue so this is our first time knowing about thisWe help out all of our customers our reviews continued business show for themselves we continue to have happy customers every day even
long-term and returning customers *** is not a repair facility she really needs to bring it back to us so we can diagnose the problemIt is most likely something very minor that is being overlookedThis car was sold a few months ago so things can happen to a used car in the time we sell it from the time something occurs without us knowing or being able to predict itWe are obviously here for anybody that needs our help and never turn anybody downStanding tall in good standing yours truly ***

So no I would not expect to pay $50-$100 for you guys to look at it..[redacted] was not the only place I took this car to in order to. Obtain error codes and to find out the problem..kens shop down the way from you is where I received the list of codes and Recently I took the car to Chrysler dodge. End result the car will need a new. engine. So if the issue was minor I. would not be complaining about it. You may have a great business and satisfied customers but at this point my only concern is the vehicle I purchased from your car lot. Which is useless to me. I work just like you do for money..im sure you dont have money to waste..well guess what neither do I.

Do not buy from this company. Found out the hard way that they sell nothing but problem vehicles. They lie by saying that the vehicles are inspected by their mechanic and they fix any problem it may have. Yet the truck I bought had low dirty oil, bad brakes, tires, and burning oil. There's lots of other victims just like me. Don't enable this company to keep robbing innocent people. They should be shut down. Save yourself a headache, stay away from this company.
