As you can see by the e mail attached I asked Ms [redacted] when it would be a good time for her to come in to inspect her vehicleshe responded that she was tired of the issues and would just like us to replace the vehicle, which is something that we are nor is the customer in a position to do Also, as far as he response to not giving her any information to get in touch with our owners, she has been informed that [redacted] would be the next and last person that she should talk to, she has copied him on several e mail but never reached out to directlyWe have done everything that we can do here at our level and has been escalated to [redacted] at this point there isn't anything we can do for this customer within her expectations until directed by [redacted]
