***, My name is [redacted] and I own Alamo City Liquor I received a Revdex.com complaint from you concerning a disputed amount I was aware that you have called a couple of times, by you never left your name, number or any specific information for me to review your concern With the Revdex.com complaint I did have your info now and did review your concern I do see where you were charged the $at 8:pm and the transaction was immediately voided and then redone for the correct amount of $ If your credit card or bank statement shows that you were charged for both amounts, then I would be happy to refund you the $28.12, but it appears that I only received the $amount and my system only shows that amount and not the $ From my end, it appears that we only charged you once for $ Once again, if your credit card or bank statement shows both amounts then bring your statement to my store and I will refund the overcharge You have my email now and you can respond 24/and I will be happy to work around your schedule [redacted] Alamo City Liquor

I have decided there is no way I can get a satisfactory resolution so if possible, please remove complaint #*** or mark it as resolved

your concern.  With the Revdex.com complaint I did have your info now and did review your concern.  I do see where you were charged the $28.12 at 8:44 pm and the transaction was immediately voided and then redone for the correct amount of $15.57.  If your credit card or bank statement shows that you were charged for both amounts, then I would be happy to refund you the $28.12, but it appears that I only received the $15.57 amount and my system only shows that amount and not the  $28.12.  From my end, it appears that we only charged you once for $15.57.
 
Once again, if your credit card or bank statement shows both amounts then bring your statement to my store and I will refund the overcharge.  You have my email now and you can respond 24/7 and I will be happy to work around your schedule.
