Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We spoke on several occassions after the painting about your conversation with the apartment management and their actions/response and inspite of that you have always indicated in our conversations you would repair my vehicle paintYou have not contacted me to say that there was now an attorney involved nor did you inform me that my repairs would be delayed I issue with you is that you have had some vehicles repaired while mine still has not, you do not respond to my phone calls which is why I felt forced to file this complaint I have contacted you on several occassions to get an update on when my repairs will be made, however on the few occassions we have spoken you have only responded that you would send my information to someone to have my name put on the "list" and no further progress has been made This issue started back in August, it is now December how long am I supposed to wait? Regards, [redacted]

As per our phone conversation, My company was hired to build and install a wrought iron fence between two apartment complexesAs the owner of my company and wanting to remove the dangers of over spray to the property and vehicles, I specifically asked the property we contracted with to have all the vehicles moves days prior to our arrivalWhen we showed up to perform the job, no vehicles were moved and we were forced to put plastic around the vehiclesThen the manager of the complex came and removed the plastic saying that we could not inconvenience the residents and w were forced to perform the job as we were on a deadlineSince these issues arised, ACPR LLC has hired an attorney to represent us in this case in trying to resolve this matter and retain our owed payment for said jobPlease feel free to contact me with any additional questions [redacted] ACPR LLC

I'm not sure how to handle this going forward. I made my position clear [redacted] I have all the documentation specifying my scope and the details of said scope. You have asked me to make adjustments and take losses on other projects but I'm firm on this one because it has gotten to this level and if I receive a bad BBB rating then I will consult my attorney on how to handle this matter going forward. As the owner of the construction company I have incurred cost for both the labor and the materialsSome of the walls were completed to satisfaction as was stated by the management group and/or the board of directors In my original scope as outlined in the detailed description
I was to remove and replace "as close as possible" to the existing brick on the property Once the removal process on a few of the walls was completed I was then told I would need to reuse the same existing brick after-the-fact I have made numerous attempts to try and correct the issue but was told not to return to the property by the management group I have always tried to be fair and honest with all my clients, however I have already lost over $with the additional labor and material costI will be happy to provide my original approved estimate which states in the scope description of work that I was to removed and replace with new brick matching "as close as possible" The board asked me to remove each brick one by one and try and preserve each brick which was not in my approved scope and I made numerous attempts to try and make them happy even though it was not in my budget to do soI'm not sure how to resolve this matter going forward however issuing a payment of $is not warranted or justified and would put me in a position of losing over $on this projectOnce again, I followed exactly what my approved scope on said project outlined and was asked to stop production after inference with the maintenance staff, management group and the acting board member at the timePlease advise as to what actions need to be taken going forward. I will be happy to provide my original approved estimate which states in the scope description of work that I was to removed and replace with new brick matching "as close as possible" The board asked me to remove each brick one by one and try and preserve each brick which was not in my approved scope and I made numerous attempts to try and make them happy even though it was not in my budget to do so. I'm not sure how to resolve this matter going forward however issuing a payment of $2000.00 is not warranted or justified and would put me in a position of losing over $4000.00 on this project. Once again, I followed exactly what my approved scope on said project outlined and was asked to stop production after inference with the maintenance staff, management group and the acting board member at the time. Please advise as to what actions need to be taken going forward. Bill L WilliamsACPR LLC
