Alamo Consumer Direct

Do not use this company!!! I have worked with them for a year and I'm glad I am leaving to a different companyThey never know what's going on, they always say sorry I'm not trained to do thatThey let me turn in weeks of work with out picking up a phone and saying hey you ran out of hours for the yearSo I worked weeks and I'm not getting paid forIf you need a job reference you have to wait weeksEveryone is so rude and do not care about there clientsThese people have no souls!

If possible, I would give Alamo Consumer Direct negative stars as this company it terrible! I have dealt with Consumer Directed Services Agencies for more than 6 years and have never had problems like I do with this one. So far I have been with this company for two months and they are unable to get my employee's direct deposits set up correctly, so instead of receiving their pay in their checking account on time, my employees are waiting approximately 4 days past pay day to receive their checks in the mail. In addition to this, every time I speak to the company about doing something to take care of my employees in the ways I am accustomed to with previous FMSAs, I get told "I can't do that", "Our company doesn't do that", "We can't". All this company knows is how to tell you "no". They are NOT customer service friendly and they do NOT know how to properly interview the family to find out what the Employer needs and how the Employer wants to run their budget. They simply try to cookie cutter you into the shape they want you to be instead of being consumer oriented and taking care of the consumer. Do yourself a favor and find a different company. I have filed complaints with DADS regarding this company and I am in the process of changing to another company that hopefully will be more consumer oriented. Do yourself a favor and pass on this company!

If you need a job reference you have to wait 2 weeks. Everyone is so rude and do not care about there clients. These people have no souls!
