I was shocked to receive this complaint because we did set up all her appointment and she missed two appointmentI have the text massages telling her to come to meet her instructorShe never asked for a refundShe will pay two cancellation fee her remaining balance is although we have no

I am rejecting this response because:
There are three reasons that I rejected the business's responseThe Alamo Driving School is supposed to refund the full amount of unused lessons and road test package I paid, which is $in total The Alamo driving school stated there was three canceled appointments, which was not true. Based on email records I provided, on Apr.24th, the instructor left after I replied him, I said "I am on the way" on 10:48am, within one minute, the instructor saw my email and replied at 10:49am, then he leftIf the instructor kept pretending that he left before received my email, that would mean the instructor was driving while texting. I informed them in advance that I did not have an access to a phone, that is, left a voice mail to me did not mean anything, as they knew I couldn't get thatThe instructors never came on scheduled timeWhat they did were, they changed pitime without communicating with customers in advance, came at such random time, asked customers to show up whenever they came for no reason, they left before scheduled time, then they charged customers for their irresponsibility and lack of time management.They did not fulfill their duties

I am rejecting this response becauseWhile all of my appointments were set up by the office, I did not miss two appointments. I missed one appointment due to me having to travel out of town for my job. I contacted the company in regards to this. The other appointment in question I did not miss. I was told by my instructor that this appointment would have to be rescheduled and that a representative from the office would be contacting me to reschedule. I have no problem paying the cancellation fee for the appointment that I did indeed miss. I will not however pay a cancellation fee for an appointment that I was told by a representative from Alamo had to be rescheduled especially since I attempted to contact Alamo for weeks to have this appointment rescheduled to no avail.
