To Whom It May Concern, In response to second complaint filed by [redacted] regarding her roof, our company is very professional and all work is done up to code The gap in the plywood is less than a half inch and has nothing to do with the leak The water was entering above where the flashing was installed We replaced the flashing at no charge The new roof has been in place for over a year The leak would have shown up right away, since we have had several rain showers in between As far as the accusations regarding my crew, they have not and will never use the bathroom at a customer’s home and would not be disrespectful and urinate on a customer’s roof This is the first time to hear of this alleged incident Therefore, we will not be installing new boards or replacing hardy plank Thank you, [redacted] Roofing/Construction Supervisor
