Yes this is a response regarding to complain of mr*** yes I was called to get to universal remote setup to this unit when I got there I noticed that the unit was a very old model I couldn't synchronize the remote to the unit there was no work done to the opener at all the only thing that I
was trying to do is pressed a single button to program the remote, when I could get this program I asking him for the remote I put the batteries he had and got those to work so the only thing I charge him was for my time to go out there and get this working for him. He called back saying that the remotes that I fixed or not workingfirst of all I did not fix anything those remotes the only thing that I did was put batteries I did not charge him for repairs I charge him for the service callI tried to explain to him that probably the unit is not working properly anymore he got upset about it and hang up on meI have never had a complain regarding any of the work that I have done for more than years I'm always given a great service to my customers and reasonable prices but this gentleman cannot understand his situation or the problem he had I don't understand what does he want there is nothing that I can do to get that unit repair bottom line he needs to get a new unit I do not owe him anything because I never did any repairs so I don't know exactly what he wants I was never rude to him or to anybody of my customersI'm very calm and patient to try to understand there situation. One thing that I mention to him before I left it's that he can always get a credit for that money he paid towards a new unitOkay if anybody has any more questions please feel free to contact me thank you
