We Moved this customer several times, never had any problems. we moved her into a small home on December 26,2015. All the items we loaded were damaged and scratched , Guys Noted such and told customer before they moved anything . Customer then...

told guys don't worry about it its old . she told guys she wanted to take the kitchen chairs because they were too messed up and afraid they wouldn't make it. so all the furniture we were moving Nothing was stacked or placed on top of any of the other furniture. everything was padded and secure on the truck. refrigerator was unloaded of contents and unhooked and moved by customer into the garage. when we moved the fridge, it was then placed back into garage at new home unhooked and empty. After the move, when asked if everything is ok and if we could do anything else for her, [redacted] commented on a corner of a night stand being damaged, told her to call dave so that way we can get it repaired, when asked her if anything else was damaged, she then commented, " No you guys did a great job! tipped the guys and they left. 1 week later she called and complained of the night stand and a small scratch on her dining room table, David set up an apt for mike to go look at damage. when mike showed up to look at damage, he noticed on her lic plate (SHE HULK) had a idea this might be a bad deal. when knocked at the door, she then started off with a really nasty tone and proceeded to show me night stand and kitchen table. I had then took pic of the table and asked her why she never said anything to the guys about it, and why did she wait 1 week to call it in? she said nothing. I then said ok, well we don't normally run into this problem but we are happy to take care of the table and night stand free of charge. She then replied, No, I don't want it taken back out of my house to be fixed, I then told he can come here and repair it if thats what she preferred . She then got loud and angry started yelling at me saying I don't want it fixed!!! Then I asked her what can I do to make you happy and to take care of this matter. She replied with I want reimbursement back from the move. I said no problem. I will send you the 140.00 you paid for the move. Then she started getting more angry and started telling me that all her furniture is now damaged.. TV , Fridge, bed, .. everything! She then got more angry and started yelling telling me get my thug [redacted] the F$ out of her house. And Take my Getto friend with me. I walked out to the front room and told Brian ( employee ) lets go. as I got into the car, she ran out and asked me who the [redacted] I was and I'm not going to leave until she is payed.I told her I didn't have cash to pay her right then. I told her I don't carry money or checks to things like that and it would be mailed to her. she then said how do I know your going to pay me? She asked who I was and I told her I'm the owner of the company, She said all the other company pay me cash. Red Flags went up at that point. I will reimburse your money with no problem. She then came to my window of the car " I will Call the Revdex.com and make you pay me." and you will have no choice but to replace all of my furniture. and laughed picking up the phone to call the police.she got the check the next day!

I am beyond appalled as a customer of this company that this response was even what came from this business. There is no way I said that my stuff was old and I did not care about it getting damaged. If I did not care then I would have moved it myself like I did the rest of the contents of my home. I have witnesses that were here at my home when the movers moved my things in that hurt one of the movers say about my kitchen table and the amount of damage "that's no good" for me to read this and all of the lies that I just read makes me beyond upset. I did not load or unload or even help them with any contents of my home. The refrigerator of course was still cold because it was 3240 degrees outside that day I would have not known that it was damaged at the time. The movers did not tell me to call Dave they told me to call Mike and he would come out to assess the damages. And they were speaking of the table in the nightstand, after approximately 4 days I noticed the refrigerator had been defrosted and I lost the food in it in the refrigerator. I called the following day and told them what happened. I was told by Mike to have a repair company come out to fix the refrigerator and to call his number at the time and a credit card would be given to pay for the damages over the phone. If this is the way that this company will respond I will be filing with small claims.

I was refunded $140, the amount for a used refrigerator was approx $475 (for one like the one I had) and I do have the receipt from that and the repair man. I refused for them to take my furniture with them and fix it. That is why they gave me the $140 back is to cover the price of the furniture to be fixed. I am strictly concerned with the refrigerator as that is the most expensive. This is the only thing that they refused to fix for me. Was told to call them and they would give a credit card number over the phone to pay for the services for it to be fixed, and that did not happen. I called them and explained the components in the refrigerator were busted during the move and could not be fixed as stated on the receipt from the repair man. I had no other choice than to purchase another refrigerator that was purchased used. I am concerned for the reimbursement of the new refrigerator. I understand I was reimbursed for the damages done to my furniture but it does not come close to covering the cost for me to supply a new refrigerator to my family

Revdex.com Comment - Company states they issued the consumer a check for reimbursement of the move and offered to fix refrigerator and any other items the consumer claimed was damaged. The consumer refused the offer.

We have been trying to contact this customer to get additional pictures and information for insurance reasons. We have left...

several messages regarding our concern on this matter and to keep them updated on this situation. We feel like it is unfair to us that they are complaining to Revdex.com when we are trying to resolve this matter but we are not getting any of our messages returned to us. We would be more than happy to help them if they can just contact us so we can get further information for our insurance company.
