***, In regards to the complaint made on 12/10/I would like to make you aware of what happened with this customerThe customer came in on 11/6/and was approved on 11/10/for the homeThe customer was called to set up a time to go over financing options however the customer was unable to
make the time to come in because of schedulingI personally called on 11/18/to see if they were able to work out their scheduling issues and go over their approval which is something we do not go over on the telephoneThere is simply too much personal information to be given over the phone so it is our policy for an approved customer to come in and go over their financing optionsWe are in the business of selling homes not holding on to someone’s deposit so it’s in our best interest to actually sell the homeThe customer stated that they called the salespersons direct line however we do not have direct lines just a main line and we don’t even have voicemail systems in place which is purposely set up that way so that a customer can be helped immediatelyMy staff is ready to help anyone especially if they have concernsIf someone needs help and is not getting immediate results then the call or message is transferred directly to meWe are proud to be the largest Manufactured Home Builder in the state of Texas and I am sincerely sorry that this customer felt they had to go this route to get resultsThe customer’s refund was requested on 12/5/and was in our office for the customer to pick upAt that point it becomes the customer’s responsibility to pick up their refund checkI truly wish this customer the best of luck and my team and I are sincerely apologetic that we were not able to handle his needsSincerely, *** *** General Manager San Antonio Mobile Homes 210.***
