Re: Response to complaint ID # [redacted] :To whom it may concern:I am responding to a complaint registered against [redacted] ***, Alamo Inspection Service by, John MoraMrMora and the Revdex.com, stated that you tried to contact me previously, but this is the first that I have heard on this matterNow that the matter has been brought to my attention I found MrMora's email in the spam file which I never look at.Here is my response.I was hired to do a home inspection on April 28, 2016, not sometime in June, 2016, as statedI am enclosing a copy of the home inspection report for your review.If deficiencies are found at the time of the inspection they are written up in the report and commented onIf the report is reviewed you will notice items found at the time of the inspection, however the items mentioned in the complaint were not a present and as such not mentionedAs seen in the photo the, page 20, of the water running in the master bath sink, showing that the water was run and drains tested at the time of the inspectionThere was no problems with slow drainage at the time of the inspectionPage of the report stated that the dishwasher was performing as intendedThe unit was started at the beginning of the inspection and cycled while the inspection was being done, if there has been a problem it would have been seen and noted.I have included with this response, copy of the inspection report, a copy of the Standard Inspection Contract that was signed by MrMoraThis contract states in Section WARRANTY: No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied as a result of this inspectionThe inspection report is valid only for the day and time of that inspection, because appliances and building systems can develop problems at the most unexpected times, even on the day of the inspectionThe Client recognizes there is NO REPRESENTATION OF WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE on the future life for items inspectedThe inspector does not take responsibility for reporting non-compliance with any building, electrical, mechanical or plumbing codes established by municipal ordinancesThe amount of the inspection stated by MrMora is also incorrect, the amount charged for the inspection was $and $for the WDI, (termite inspection) a total of $415.00, not $450.00.It is my opinion that the inspection was performed according to TREC Standards of Practice and all items found were included in the inspection reportI am not responsible for items after the time and date of the inspection reportRespectfully, [redacted] **#***

I am rejecting this response because: It is clear that the tub is backed up and the orange stain coming out of the inside of the dish washer, I do not know what it is and the gasket around the door is clearly damaged or goneNot only that but there are gaps around the interior doors that show that the house is shifting that was not even notedThere are no GFCI plugs inside master rest room area which should be there which were not noted and so much moreI am not happy with Alamo home inspections serviceI will send this complaint to TREC.
