At this time, I have been contacted directly by Doostang regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because they company did not honor the agreement to provide a me with a draft and coordinate to update that draft with up to three revision. I
was informed if file a dispPlease, the company were no longer able to assist me with my order. In the email they stated they were marking the work as completed, even through I have never received the draft resume.The company kept asking for me to send them my email address, even though they were emailing me. Doostand kept saying they sent me the final product a month ago. I reply back to them I never received this draft. Restated the contract was for a draft with upto three revisions. Doostand did not honored any part of the agreement, nothing was sent to me!!!!. Doostang started sending harassment email to which I reply stop sending their email to me, refund my money and they could speak to the Revdex.com and my credit card company. I also called my credit card company and informed them of the harassing emails.
