I am rejecting this response because we do not want to utilize the services of the company because I believe *** *** misrepresented who the company is and their relationship to Alamo Travel, a reputable and legitimate company in *** ***, ***, and the relationship of *** *** to Alamo Travel Services, *** *** *** *** *** *** ***. As the written record shows, in numerous attempts to contact Alamo Travel Services and *** ***, the response was from an attorney. As we do not have legal representation, I did not speak with him. Based on my experience with the company to date, I will not utilize the services of the company as suggested. I believe a legitimate company would respect a dissatisfied customer's request and would refund the membership fee of $

As you know from our previous conversations and correspondence, I represent Alamo Guest Services in connection with the above matter. Please consider this writing as my client's response.
Quite frankly, we do not understand how the matter involving Ms. [redacted] seems to have fallen in the crack; nor do we understand why the issues have not been previously addressed or brought to our attention, although it appears that Ms. [redacted] has attempted to communicate her concerns to representatives.
Regardless of the foregoing, my client feels that a full refund is in order and is prepared to make that refund to Mr. & Ms. [redacted]. I have left a voicemail message for Ms. [redacted] so that I can get her husband's name to include in a release form and so that I can confirm their mailing address to send a check upon receipt of the executed release.
I will keep you apprised and make sure that you are copied on all correspondence.
