I am rejecting this response because: The billing the company provided the Revdex.com was not the billing I received The explanations do not make since I also have the notice from my insurance company which shows that the $payment was not reported to the insurance company I will present upon request. As you can see the bill that Alamogordo ENT presented to you is not the bill I received The bill I am providing has no note of the $dollars up front payment I am aware that this will be seen as semantics and I have paid their bill in full The $is not the point....getting the word out to others is
