Hello,First I'd like to start by apologizing for my employees not explaining things better during your cancellation processWe do handle all billing matters through an outsourced company, and they only doing email so there is no possibility of confusion and there is a written record of everything stated by both parties [redacted] never should have spoke to you that way or hung up on you, we have a very strict policy where it is never okay to hang up on anyone unless they are using foul languageHe will be reprimanded for that inexcusable poor etiquette. Now I am the manager of the gym (the guy with the mustache) that actually signed your daughter upI know there was a lot going on, but I did explain everything on the morning of the sign upShe was signed up for a month to month membership in the Tiny Talents program that can be cancelled with months notice at anytimeIt is $a month and there was a one time Registration Fee of $that included the uniformUnfortunately we are unable to do refunds in cases like this, but I do tell everyone that joins for tiny talents that if you pay for any time you miss we hold a credit on the account that they can use at anytime in the futureIt is pretty common for children that age to take a couple months off here and thereWe require days notice to plan our budget around the change in billing, but do not want you to miss out on the training you paid for, so that amount is still available for you at anytime you re-enroll your child, Basically your first month back would be freeIn your case since she only came a couple times you would be granted the first months freeIt is also possible for me to transfer the credit towards a different family member in another program if preferredThe credit is not something mentioned in the agreement that was signed, but we offer it as a courtesy to members; we absolutely want you to get everything that you paid for.So as it states in large print on our agreement attached we require month notice to cancel which we received in late April, and your final payment was billed on 5/10/and your account was cancelled with a credit of one month you can use in the future (but like I said since she only came a little I can add the other month to that for you)If there was any confusion I apologize, I did try my best to explain it before I had you initial next to the line and sign the bottomI sincerely hope you're willing to give us another chance at some point; your daughter does have a month credit with us here in any casePlease review the attached agreement and let me know if you have any further questions

My family were members of the Gulfport Alan Belcher MMA club beginning in May Due to my retirement from the U.SArmy, we relocated to Wisconsin at the end of August On August 14th, my wife called the Gulfport club to ask how we terminate our membership She was instructed to send an email to the given email address stating that we wished to cancel Once it was received, they would cancel our membership My wife asked if we would be charged any more and the associate she was on the phone with reponsded “No, you will not be charged the monthly fee once the request for cancellation was received.” On August 15th, we were charged the $monthly fee, which I just accepted due to the fact that we sent the letter the day prior Now, on September 15th, we were charged another $monthly fee On September 15th around 10:am, I called the Gulfport club and inquired as to why I was still being charged the monthly fee, when I had sent my cancelation letter over a month

everything stated by both parties. [redacted] never should have spoke to you that way or hung up on you, we have a very strict policy where it is never okay to hang up on anyone unless they are using foul language. He will be reprimanded for that inexcusable poor etiquette. Now I am the manager of the gym (the guy with the mustache) that actually signed your daughter up. I know there was a lot going on, but I did explain everything on the morning of the sign up. She was signed up for a month to month membership in the Tiny Talents program that can be cancelled with 1 months notice at anytime. It is $97 a month and there was a one time Registration Fee of $20 that included the uniform. Unfortunately we are unable to do refunds in cases like this, but I do tell everyone that joins for tiny talents that if you pay for any time you miss we hold a credit on the account that they can use at anytime in the future. It is pretty common for children that age to take a couple months off here and there. We require 30 days notice to plan our budget around the change in billing, but do not want you to miss out on the training you paid for, so that amount is still available for you at anytime you re-enroll your child, Basically your first month back would be free. In your case since she only came a couple times you would be granted the first 2 months free. It is also possible for me to transfer the credit towards a different family member in another program if preferred. The credit is not something mentioned in the agreement that was signed, but we offer it as a courtesy to members; we absolutely want you to get everything that you paid for.So as it states in large print on our agreement attached we require 1 month notice to cancel which we received in late April, and your final payment was billed on 5/10/2015 and your account was cancelled with a credit of one month you can use in the future (but like I said since she only came a little I can add the other month to that for you). If there was any confusion I apologize, I did try my best to explain it before I had you initial next to the line and sign the bottom. I sincerely hope you're willing to give us another chance at some point; your daughter does have a 2 month credit with us here in any case. Please review the attached agreement and let me know if you have any further questions.
