They are percent lyingI have called my insurance again and they said nobody called them to see what my copay might have beenAlso I did not ask to have the procedure all done in one visit, this is probaldy another gimmick for them to try and collect moneyMy insurance said they would never have told them my estimated copay because they are out if networkI have not been abusive to them and I haven't talked to them expert for one time on the phoneRather then admit their mistakes they are still trying to take advantage of meThis business should be further investigated about their practicesAnd the receipt they are showing is just a estimate the receptions told me that only refers to people that don't get the fees checked up front like I already didShe made me sign it even though I was in pain and still somewhat drugged upI want the they are trying to bill me waived because they lied to me and told me al I would have to pay is the

Guarantee of benefits or payment. It's called a disclaimer. No information over the phone is guaranteed at all time. As I stated before he would of heard that message.So based on that information that was given to us we gave [redacted] an estimated amount of $450.00We take it very seriously what the Insurance companies tell us.[redacted] was given the opportunity to come in for his first appointment and do a consultation only so we could then send in writting for a written authorization. [redacted] did not want to do that, he wanted one appointment with all the work done at that appointment.This office is not responsible for [redacted] Insurance policy and coverage.He was advised to call Insurance company to see if they could cover more benefits for him.Trust us, it is not in this offices best interest to deal with patients only to have them get very abusive which [redacted] has done.
