I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am indeed surprised at the above statement made by a person named Christine, on Alan's behalfI have never met Christine, nor have I had any interaction with her whatsoeverChristine therefore has never set foot inside my home, thereby making her statement irrelevant, and more importantly, untrueIt is, however, another indication of the lack of professional judgement as well as a reflection of personal characterAs stated previously, the contractor I have since hired to correct the work done by this company will put in writing that the work was substandard, as will the rooferWater is NOT entering any part of the structureI continue to pursue the possibility of small claims court, however, in the meantime, I am hoping that others may avoid this business and a similar situation Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com spoke to Alan at business and the following was relayed: I am retired and have been for 13 years. My brother and I did the job as a favor for a friend of a friend. The issue is not with the patching or painting. The roof leaks and the consumer should be contacting the contractor that installed...

the roof. It leaked at least 4 times while we were there. I did go back and even offered to fix for free. The customer refused and said she wanted $2,200, all of her money, back.

I am indeed surprised at the above statement made by a person named Christine, on Alan's behalf. I have never met Christine, nor have I had any interaction with her whatsoever. Christine therefore has never set foot inside my home, thereby making her statement irrelevant, and more importantly, untrue. It is, however, another indication of the lack of professional judgement as well as a reflection of personal character. As stated previously, the contractor I have since hired to correct the work done by this company will put in writing that the work was substandard, as will the roofer. Water is NOT entering any part of the structure. I continue to pursue the possibility of small claims court, however, in the meantime, I am hoping that others may avoid this business and a similar situation.
