Review: In November I used this company to repair my garage door opener. They fixed the problem and it was good for several months. Now, I'm having the same issue, so I called them back on 3/* to schedule an appointment to come back. They set it for [redacted] the following day. But no one showed up. So I call them back and the voice mail box was full. Finally I received a call and they were shocked that no one showed up, and would look into it and get back to me. I have not heard from them since. I've tried several phone numbers that are on the website, to no avail, no one picks up and the voice mail is full. I tried to email them, but the email listed on the website is invalid. I even tried to call another location in[redacted], and spoke with a person there who said they would try to get in touch with them to call me. To date, today is 3/**, I have not heard back from anyone, nor do I have a way of contacting them. This is troubling, especially because my garage door is still in limbo. The representative had told me that if it was the same problem they fixed the last time, it would be at no cost to me. Needless to say, I have not called another garage door company yet because I do not want to pay twice for something I already had fixed.Desired Settlement: I would like for someone, anyone from this company to call me to get my garage door fixed.

Review: Requested service for repair of garage light. Service was performed and the light was working until later the same day and has not worked since. Placed a service call for a follow-up appointment. Service person came at the wrong time for the appointment and called for someone to come home and let him in, which we did. They were in the garage for minutes and then just disappeared - never to be heard from again. Repeated calls to the office have been met with no returned phone calls. $80 bill was paid on initial service, the repair did not work and the service provider has nor been returning our calls.Desired Settlement: Refund of $80. No longer wish to attempt further appointments for proper repair given poor responsiveness and inability to arrive at pre-determined appointment time.

Review: Paid $500 for service on an old garage door. After such time the company let me know that I would continue to have issues so I should buy a new door. As I expressed dissatisfaction of knowing this after I spent $500, they agreed to put that money toward to cost of a new door. It took many months from trying to communicate on ordering the door but when it FINALLY arrived they knocked down my old door only to find THEY ordered the wrong door (of which they blamed the manufacturer). They put up a temporary door and said it would be expedited to have my new door. It was NOT expedited. When it finally arrived it became a 2 day process. Mrs. C[redacted] said she would only charge me her cost because of all the many issues and problems, of $1800 less the $500 that I had previously paid. She texted me to tell me she was sending me an invoice for $2500...when I texted her back the conversation of the price she originally gave me she never responded. I have yet to receive a bill but in the meantime the garage door broke off the hinges. I am unable to open even manually because it was improperly installed and things were welded where they shouldn't be. They have not responded to my calls for assistance until someone from her company called and told me to pay my bill and then they would send someone out. When I explained I never even received a bill she said she would send one to me and then HUNG UP ON ME. I had to hire another company who was unable to fix it and will need to come back and completely reinstall. This company was appalled at how this garage door was installed and said it was not even the right size. He pointed out many many things that were done improperly and was not surprised I am having issues. I am out the $500 from the faulty service plus now will have to pay a new company for service when I should be covered under warranty. This whole situation is just terrible.Desired Settlement: I want my $500 reimbursed from service as well as I want to be reimbursed for any service fees that I will now have to incur from a new company.
