Do not buy a used car from here!! I bought a model and drove it for days before it messed upThey have had my car off and on for almost weeks now and it still isn't fixedThey waited weeks before even attempting to fix it after the first time I dropped it offI was told it was taking so long at first because they were trying to find cheap used partsAfter the parts came in, I kept being told it would be done on certain dates and when that date would come and go I would get the same story all over againOne person would tell me the parts were there but they were swamped while another person would tell me they were still waiting on partsAfter they fixed it the first time, it was having even more issuesI have been back and forth times over the past weeks to pick the car up because they said it was done when in fact it was still having the exact same issueI was told they couldn't guarantee it would be fixed this time eitherThere were several times I was told someone would call me back to let me know what's going on and I would never hear back from anyone unless I called them backEvery time I call to check on it I am asked what they are supposed to be doing to itHow are you going to fix a car if you don't even know what your supposed to be fixing? I am giving a little over $8,all togetherI was told that was a cheap price and I was getting what I paid for and for that price I should expect issues with it!! Save your money and timeBuy somewhere else!
Great place! People here are amazing!!! We worked with Mark, James and Alex all were very patient kind and helpful in the process especially with our two kids with usI've never met people that genuinely care about making sure you get the best deal possible for exactly what you want or need! Amazing people great place!!! We'll be returning here every time with all our car needs
Awesome! We needed our vehicle serviced and they got us in the next day! Fixed our car perfectly and we're done hours before they said it would take so we didn't have to wait longThe other dealership couldn't even get me scheduled for a monthThese are the best people to work withWhile there we had a question about our lease and Mark, and James were so thorough we left with more than all our questions answered
A $deposit was given to the dealership for the purchase of a vehicle, I ended up not purchasing a vehicle from the dealership
They refuse to return the deposit saying they purchased a vehicle for me, my understanding is they were just transferring a vehicle from another dealershipI was told by the salesman that the deposit was fully refundable
