I spoke with the patient on October 24, She explained that she was in fact able to contact the office of Dr*** at *** after filing the complaint with Revdex.com and wanted to cancel the complaint but didn't know how Patient is scheduled for an appointment in November and
a check has been sent to her for the credit that was on her account This complaint has been resolved Thank you for your assistance with this matter
