[redacted] S&G Pool Plastering [redacted]

After
we receive the pictures of the spider
webs, we spoke with the customer over the
phone and explain them about the Hair line cracks form usually right after fresh
plaster is finishedIt all depends on temperature, sun, wind and how fast you
are able to safely fill the poolSometimes they don't have enough pressure on
the water and too k to long to be filled, that's why the spider cracks or Hair
lines appear
The other problem we saw on the recent
pictures they sent looks like CSI or calcite saturation index is most of the
times happen because the chemical level s are not well maintain by the
customers, if you have too much calcium on the pool and the pool is not brush
at the moment they put the acid and calcium it will go and stock on the bottom
of the pool, that's why the dark or white spots appear on the plaster!
When we
plastered the pool we filled up a contract and also a warranty over the pool
this Warranty explains that the customer have to take care of the plaster, and
also we did sent by email a copy of how to make the start up of the pool and
maintain the chemical levels rightI will attach a copy of the warranty , after
this we will be glad to explain any other concerns that they may have about the
poolFor us is very important that the customer is happy with our work and we
will be glad to explain any other concern

S&G Pool Plastering

I am very disappointed that S & G did not do more to try to resolve our issues with the plaster. Instead of coming out to look at it when the first issue started about a year ago, they just stopped replying to emails or calls from us. Once I got Revdex.com involved, they replied but blamed all the problems on us. Very poor customer service!

When we finish our work we did email , the start up since the first day. We are always concern about our work.
we have the email that proof that we sent it to the costumers attached to the invoice and warranty.
We did answer your concerns directly to your email, before we did answer to the Revdex.com.
If they want us to still go and check out your pool we can do it but this will have a cost because we already explain
over the phone ,email and thru the Revdex.com about their problem.
Thank You!!
