I thought this student loan forgiveness office was legit and I agreed to make my monthly payments with them after being told that after the end of when I got done making my monthly payments I wouldn't have to pay for the year of That they were going to reevaluate my working income and start me back up again the following year to re address future paymentsThat being said I get a text and a call from (XXX) XXX-XXXX in January asking me to make another payment which I did , and from what I was told he made it seem like this would be the last paymentThen I get another call from same number this month asking for another paymentI then questioned him and he got very defensive raising his voice and didn't even let me talk and let me ask my question about where my money is going to , so I hung upI'm not dealing with someone who I think is trying to help me but all they want is my money and can't answer any concerns I have in a decent mannerThen he texts me and says "I am canceling your file You hung up on me Screw youWe will send your money to u Tuesday"I am shock how they handle things and I swear to not deal with them againI don't even know the name of this guy and yet he wants my moneyRather or not he's with *** greenstein law office or not how would he get my number and know how much my monthly payments were ....then after making my payments I get a confirmation number through text messageHow do I know for sure the money I paid went towards anything , the number could have been made upThere's nothing for me to go back on and see that I paid what I paid for in that month of January when this guy called meI think this is a scam and anyone reading this please look the other way and do not take calls from people claiming to help you with your loansI will let by gones be by gones and let this be a lesson for me to learnI will find another way to deal with my student loans

The SHADIEST company I've ever dealt with. I have no idea how they are still in business after so many complaints. I caught them doing illegal things with my information and then when I confronted them about it I got hung up on. Unreal!! Do NOT use!!
