I am rejecting this response because:no one ever called and told them not to bother coming to replace the split rail If the payment was already made when *** called down to make it It was the idea that they went ahead and made it on their
own According to ***, her boss *** told her to run the payment without out talking to us When *** called to make the payment, it had already been made by them When I called down, *** was hostile and said that they would return the payment and then she would send someone to pick up her merchandise *** went to make a payment on 3/7/2016, she was told that her payment amount was They said that since I had contacted and complained about how they did there little thing, they refunded the money back to my account from the payment made on 2/29/16, the money refunded still has not shown up on my account, then they intern charged her two weeks at per week, and then the rest was late fees due to the fact that they refunded my account Now, no one ever bothered to call and tell us this, and like I said, the money still has not shown up on my bank statement

The assistant talked with customer[redacted] and said not to bother with it anymore. We have the rail if they call to schedule service.   2nd : The daughter [redacted] called in a to make a payment and we have only the last four digits of the mom's card on file with our premier card service, which is a secure sight no one can see any information but the last four digits, and the daughter asked to run it. I looked up the payment history on the card, and it was used on the account the last 4 times. No reason to think they did not want to use the card again. After the mom called to dispute charge, customer service offered to refund payment[redacted]. Presently, Daughter has called in and made all payments up to date. Payment is 25.36 a week if paid on time or there is a 5.00 reinstatement fee added. Easyhome [redacted]
