explained that *** *** *** was informed, over the phone, that ***’s check had as a refund reference the ticket number *** which is not the ticket issued by the travel agencyWe couldn’t find any information under that number because it belongs to the airline ticket stockThe check from *** didn’t have the name of passenger eitherPlease find attachments. The ticket number issued by the travel agency is ***. We are dealing with a high volume of refunds due to the hurricanes season that just past in September and we are working to get them solve as soon as possible but we have to follow the order of the date that a case is receivedWe have check #*** for $payable to *** ** *** *** ready to be mailed out. However, the passenger which is the same as the cardholder provided a billing address in FL but *** *** *** has an address in CA.
