This is the first time that I have even heard of this complaint. I have not received any calls from Mr***. At the time of any contracted work, I thoroughly explain the warranty for the roof. There is a year workmanship warranty and a lifetime manufacturers warranty. If
the roof was installed in 2011, then the warranty has expired. I would be more than happy to discuss this matter with Mr***. He may call me at my office number which is ***. Thank you
